The 10th Annual Scottish Beer Awards, Scotland’s national celebration of the business of brewing is now open for entries. This year, the much loved awards ceremony will be part of our returning Beer Matters Conference & Trade Show.
Delegates at the conference will join an after party which will include the announcement of all our winners.
The Scottish Beer Awards is Scotland’s largest and most prestigious beer competition. For 10 years the awards have recognised the innovation, quality, and talent that defines the Scottish brewing industry.
Each year, over 300 beers from around 35 breweries and brewing businesses compete in a wide range of taste and business categories. Judged by an independent panel via a blind tasting process, these awards proudly remain free from commercial influence and are among the most respected accolades in UK brewing.
With only three medals awarded per taste category — Gold, Silver and Bronze — winning a Scottish Beer Award is an outstanding mark of quality, making the competition fierce and recognition highly prized.
